How to Reset Frozen LG G6
Here are the steps to restart LG G6. It’s the same as taking a screenshot on the LG G6, but you have to hold the buttons for longer. In fact, you can take a screenshot while doing this.
This is the fingerprint reader/power button on the back of the phone and the volume down button on the side of the phone.
After about five seconds you may see a small popup telling you to keep holding the buttons, but this may not appear if the phone is frozen.
