The only way to unlock golden weapons in Black Ops 3 is to beat all weapon camouflage challenges for that weapon. This will take some time, but if you enter a game mode focused on a specific target, it won’t take long for you to destroy many weapons.
Black Ops 3 camouflage challenges are a little different or secondary, as are the launchers and the combat blade, but you’ll need to collect all the camo for most of the weapons and then you’ll earn the gold camo.

As you can see, some of the later challenges require the use of wildcards to stack attachments. When you don’t use any supplement, you must accumulate your advantages by using greed wildcards to gain advantage.
Gold Weapon Tips for Black Ops 3
While you might find it difficult to play at first, Hardcore playlists are great for going after headshots. Everyone has limited health in this mode, and it’s easy to earn a lot of headshots in a match because the recoil bullets on some weapons raise them slightly when headshots with each shot.

While there are some Gunsmith Paintjob tutorials that allow you to make a color similar to gold, this one doesn’t cover the same area of the gun that gold camo does.
The new Black Ops 3 weapons won’t get in the way of unlocking gold, and they shouldn’t stand in the way of unlocking Diamond and Dark Matter camos.
