There are millions of apps already available in the Apple App Store and new ones are added every day. However, some of these apps are only available in a certain region and prohibit users in other regions from downloading them to iOS devices. Apple’s tight security and the “walled garden” of iOS make it extremely difficult to download and install apps that are not available in your country. What if I told you that there is a way to download an app available in the App Store regardless of which country it is localized to? Interested? Install iPhone Apps Not Available in Your Country
note: I tried the following method on my iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X running iOS 11.2.1 and the method worked just fine.
1. First go to: Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> [your Apple ID] -> “View Apple ID”.
2. Enter your Apple ID password to log in successfully.
3. Now, tap on “Country/Territory”. Tap on the new screen that opens. “Change Country or Region”.
4. A list of various countries will appear. Select the region where you want to change your region.. For this example, we’ll change our region to Canada. When you tap on the region you selected, you will get a deal. tap to accept “To accept” in the upper right corner and then again “To accept” in the pop-up window that appears.
5. Now you will need to enter a billing address. If you do not have it, you can get detailed information. here. After filling out the form, tap on it. “Next” to continue.
6. That’s it. Your store region has now been changed. To download the geo-restricted app Go to the App Store and search for the app. In some cases, it may take some time for the app to appear in the App Store. In such a scenario, Try searching for the app’s App Store link in a web browser; this link will take you to the App Store.

Install Georestricted Apps on Your iPhone
Now that you know how to install geo-restricted apps on your iPhone, go ahead and install all the apps you want but cannot due to geo-restrictions. However, keep in mind that if you want to install an app from a different region, you will need to change your region. However, the silver lining is that once a geo-restricted app is installed on your device, changing the region will not affect its performance afterwards.
