2. Use iCloud Windows App
Apple released iCloud desktop app for you to sync iCloud Photos, Mail, Calendar and more with Windows computer. A boon for iPhone users who choose Windows 10 on the desktop.
First, download the iCloud app from the Microsoft Store. Add iCloud credentials to sync data on Windows 10. iCloud will ask you to sync Bookmarks, Photos, Mail, and Calendar. The app also displays the remaining iCloud storage for your account.
Turn on iCloud Mail and Calendar syncing with Outlook and select Apply. On Windows, open the Outlook application and go to the Calendar option from the submenu.
3. Copy iCloud Calendar from Web to Outlook

Step 7: Paste the calendar URL you copied from iCloud Calendar.
Step 8: Hit import, give it a name, icon and color and voila! You have successfully integrated iCloud Calendar into Outlook.
Now you can open Outlook app on PC and find iCloud Calendar under subscribed Outlook calendars.

4. Change Default Calendar on iPhone
