Bethesda’s Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition will be a limited edition, which means it may be difficult to find before the game’s release date this November.
Fallout 76 is official and Bethesda and its retail partners are selling two versions of the game ahead of its November 14 launch date on Xbox One, PS4 and Windows PC.
You have the standard, no-frills, $60 edition that includes a copy of the new Fallout. You also have the $200 Power Armor Edition, which is the equivalent of this year’s Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition of 2015.
If you remember, the Pip-Boy Edition was an expensive Fallout 4 bundle that included a copy of the game and a real-life Pip-Boy. The Pip-Boy Edition version was plagued with stock shortages and swimmers charging an arm and a leg for an arm and a leg ahead of the game’s release date.
We don’t know if history will repeat itself, but Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition currently shows as “Currently Unavailable”. Amazon and “Coming Soon” best buyno longer available Walmartand “Not Available” Game Pause . This could be a sign of things to come.
Bethesda already says supplies will be very limited and we could see a full sale this summer. If you really want the Power Armor Edition collector’s items, which includes a glow in the dark map and Full-Scale Wearable T-51 Power Armored Helmet, you’ll probably want to pre-order one when the bundle is in stock.
We don’t know when stock will be available on these sites, so you’ll want to watch them over the summer. Fortunately, this is pretty easy to do.
