How to delay emails in Gmail

Emails come throughout the day – sometimes Really inappropriate moments. If you don’t have time to deal with an email when it arrives, or if you want to get back to it later and are afraid to forget it, you can use Gmail’s snooze feature.

Snoozing an email means it will disappear for a while and return to the top of your inbox at a time you choose, as if you were retrieving it.

Here’s how to snooze your emails.

Snooze emails in your browser

  • In your inbox, hover over the email you want to snooze. On the right you will see a series of icons. Click on what looks like a clock.
