Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to change Galaxy Note 4 lock screen settings, features, wallpaper and even animation effects. The settings are not written for you and changing the wallpaper is not very obvious, but these tasks are actually very easy.
Instructions
For starters, you’ll want to go to the settings panel by swiping down the notification bar at the top of the screen and tapping the gear-shaped icon, or flipping your app tray to find it there. Once in settings you will be in the General tab and you will find “lock screen” in the list. This is one of the main areas where you go to customize things.
