You don’t need to use a computer to make an Instagram photo with quotes, and you don’t even need to pay for an app to do it unless you need fancy options.
Instagram for iPhone and Android offers many options for changing the overall look of your photos, but there is no built-in tool for adding text to a photo.

The first thing you need to do is download Instaquote. this is a free app iPhone and Androidbut offers in app purchases to unlock all features and more backgrounds.
After downloading Instaquote for your phone, you can tap the app to get started. You must have Instagram installed on your phone for this to work as the app will basically transfer your photo to the Instagram app. This way, you don’t need to enter any password information in the Instaquote app.
You can add a quote to many built-in backgrounds or your own photo. There aren’t many backgrounds by default, but for $3.99 you can unlock Pro and more backgrounds. This also removes watermarks from your photos and adds more font options. While not necessary, it is a good purchase for frequent users.
Double-tap the text box to enter the quote and who said it. If you don’t need to include the person, you can skip or write your quote.
If necessary, change the options and blur the background.
Then scroll through the options at the bottom to choose a built-in theme in Instaquote, or continue on the bottom row of icons to customize your text, photo, and more.
