Things to Keep in Mind

Here are the things to keep in mind when subscribing to Apple One.

  • You get a 1-month free trial even if you’re already subscribed to different Apple services. That’s nice when testing plans and upgrading or downgrading before billing begins.
  • Your current subscriptions Automatically to Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, and Apple News+ merge with new plan. You do not need to cancel them individually.
  • However, as you may want to buy extra iCloud storage (you only get 50GB on the standard plan), this not merged. In my testing, my iCloud subscription for 50GB was still live and I got 100GB of iCloud storage. So make sure to cancel iCloud subscription if you don’t need it.
