- Open Gmail app on Android
- Tap the hamburger menu in the top left, then tap the tab Settings
- Tap the tab here General Settings

Protect yourself from dangerous operations

- Check the boxes Confirm before deleting, archiving and sending

Choose the default reply type

- In the Gmail app on Android, click the hamburger menu in the top left

Send or open confidential emails
If you’re someone who emails sensitive or confidential information, know that Gmail has a special mode that will strengthen the security of your exchanges: Incognito mode. This special mode allows you to set an expiration date for your messages, like Snapchat, or revoke access to them at any time. But be careful; This mode does not prevent malicious recipients from taking screenshots or photos of the message and attachments. However, you can enable Incognito mode by:

Revoke access to an email sent in confidential mode

Create Gmail signature
