How To Fix iPhone 11 Charging Problems
We’re seeing complaints about iPhone 11 charging issues, with most of the issues revolving around the devices’ wireless charging feature.
If you encounter a problem with wireless charging, try resetting your iPhone. To do this press and release Volume up, press and release volume down and then press and hold the power button until the phone turns off. Turn it back on and see if the feature works normally.
If you’re using an iPhone case to store credit or security cards, you’ll want to remove them before charging your phone. You can also try removing your case and charging your phone that way.

If you see a “No Service” icon and cannot connect to your service provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc.), try restarting your phone.

How to Fix iPhone 11 Sound Problems
Your iPhone 11’s speakers should give you loud and clear sound. But if your voice starts to crackle or sound hoarse, there are a few things you can try before contacting Apple customer service.
The first thing to do is restart your iPhone. You may also want to check to make sure your SIM card is inserted correctly.
If you still notice the problem, try turning Bluetooth off and on. If the sound is still missing or distorted, make sure there is no debris blocking the speaker grill or Lightning port.
If you start noticing a sudden drop in call quality, restart your phone. You’ll also want to check the device’s receiver to make sure it’s not blocked by debris or your screen protector.

How to Fix iPhone 11 Face ID Issues
If you’re having trouble with the Face ID unlock feature of your iPhone 11, here are a few things you can try.
First, make sure your iPhone 11 is running the latest version of iOS 14 or iOS 15.
If you’re running the latest version of iOS 14/iOS 15 and are seeing issues, go to your Face ID settings.
Once inside, make sure your phone has Face ID installed and any features you are trying to use Face ID are turned on.
If you’re having trouble using your face to unlock your phone, make sure you’re actively looking at the screen. For Face ID to work, you need to pay attention to the phone.
