Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: A leaked bar and new details emerge

Yesterday was an extraordinary day for Zelda fans and all Nintendo Switch players in general. Indeed, the Japanese firm has broadcast live the final trailer for the next installment in the series, Tears of the Kingdom, before it airs on May 12. And while the State of Play dedicated to Final Fantasy XVI has distracted many gamers, others are still craving new information about Nintendo’s next production.

It didn’t take long to get. Indeed, just hours after the final trailer was released, an ad for the game surfaced on Reddit. The user behind the leak presents the latter as: “a bit of an understatement”. That doesn’t stop it from revealing some interesting details that haven’t yet been revealed in previous trailers.

What does the latest Zelda Tears of the Kingdom leak tell us?

The first interesting detail is that Hyrule – or rather the sky of Hyrule – will obviously be covered with rails that can be taken. But be careful, the fall will never be far away, as we can see in the advertisement. Fortunately, we can count on Link’s legendary paraglider to avoid a bad fall. These look like the rails we saw in the last trailer.

The video also shows us a short excerpt from one of the license’s recurring foes, Gleeok, which will therefore return in the next build. Finally, we’re also entitled to a new preview of Hyrule Castle, which promises many surprises to players. Moreover, the ad tackles various gameplay elements that promise to be quite simply revolutionary, especially the mechanics of combining objects to create new ones. In short, we are even more impatient.
