Keyboard-mouse combination support in Xbox Cloud Gaming, which Xbox’s big boss Phil Spencer promised for two years, has finally become accessible to everyone. However, users will not be able to benefit from this in the entire catalogue. Currently only 26 titles are compatible.

Keyboard-mouse combo support in Xbox Cloud Gaming is a long-time promise from the manufacturer. Announced by Xbox’s big boss Phil Spencer in March 2022, the brand once again confirmed the arrival of this expected feature at XFest in June 2022 with great fanfare… And then radio silence. We had to wait until March 2024 to hear about keyboard/mouse combo support on Microsoft’s cloud gaming service.
A few weeks ago, the Redmond company confirmed the launch of this feature only to an extremely small panel of users. Rightfully so, only Alpha Alpha Skip-ahead members of the Xbox Insider program were able to take advantage of this. But good news for all Xbox Cloud Gaming users, Keyboard/mouse combination support is now available to everyone.
Xbox Cloud Gaming finally supports keyboard/mouse combo
Xbox made it official Xbox Wire blog In an article published on May 15, 2024.Mouse and keyboard support for cloud gaming begins rolling out today. You can now use your mouse and keyboard for your gaming experience in web browsers (Edge or Chrome). To start playing with your mouse and keyboard in web browsers, just follow the procedure below:
- Meeting date xbox.com/play
