A frequent complaint among gamers is about the price of certain gamesafter launch.
Almost always, the high value surprises players in a negative way. And a recent case reached an unimaginable level.
We’re talking about the game ‘Twilight Survivors’, recently released for the Nintendo Switch. The novelty overcame the barriers and arrived in Brazil costing nothing more, nothing less than R$ 14,745.20. Would you pay all that for a game?
Calling this value “expensive” only seems little, especially knowing that this same game is sold in U.S for a much lower price, just US$2.99.
Exaggeration or error?

The value applied in Brazil has been attracting the attention of those who access the Brazilian eShop. The amount is even more exaggerated when you take into account that ‘Twilight Survivors’ presents similar game dynamics to titles like ‘Brotato’ and ‘Vampire Survivors’.
The game was released on February 15th. If it were sold here, only through direct quotation, the correct price should be around R$15. The suspicion is that there may have been, at the very least, some error in understanding the score.
This may have happened due to a mistake when recording the value, because in the United States the period is used to separate the cents, but in Brazil, the comma is used. Was it just a mistake?
Reaction on social media
Failure or not, the fact is that many players reacted to the exaggerated value. Some gamers even came together to look for contact from the company that developed the game, but they couldn’t find any.
According to the record on the Nintendo, the person responsible for ‘Twilight Survivors’ is DoriDori Studio. This was the company’s first game released on the Switch.
