Vulnerable Effect in ‘Diablo 4’: Why do many want it out of the game? Check it out

Released just over a month ago, “Diablo 4” has attracted a lot of attention, either because Brazilian players requested the unusual inclusion of a character from Father Marcelo Rossi in the game, or because many users expressed dissatisfaction with a new function in the game.

Recently, some players decided to speak out about an effect called Vulnerable. According to them, “Diablo 4” could do very well without the presence of this effect, especially when it comes to creating in-game items.

Among the various subdivisions present in the game, the Vulnerable Damage is one of the main ones, as it offers benefits. However, the problem associated with this status effect is that not all players are able to obtain benefits from using it.

A clear example is that of sorcerers, who need to make a considerable effort to cast this function on their enemies, since it is only present in ice spells.

This causes players who are advanced in lightning or fire techniques to put aside their skills to focus on ice skills, aiming to obtain greater damage.

The great dissatisfaction of the players

As the days went by, players ended up developing a distaste for this status.

In light of this, player TheTrueAlCapwn made a post on a “Diablo 4” community and, unsurprisingly, countless players shared their dissatisfaction with this status. Several even agreed with the idea of removing it from the game.

Despite the hypothesis of making your enemy more vulnerable, the Critical Strike and Attack Speed stat are still more interesting to players of the new game than leaving your enemy vulnerable.

However, there are people who think differently and believe that “Diablo 4” should keep the status effect in the game, as they consider it more interesting to make the prey more vulnerable before attacking it rather than just launching an intense attack.

In this view, sorcerers were also used as an example, since they could have a greater chance of finally causing damage to their enemies who would be vulnerable. However, not only sorcerers, but also archers, thanks to the Armor Penetration skill.

In short, it is safe to say that, although a small group still appreciates this feature, it is not highly regarded by the majority of “Diablo 4” players.
