We have fans of “Tekken” there? If the answer is yes, it can come because the news is very good! Bandai Namco announced, on September 19th, that the closed beta test of the long-awaited “Tekken 8” already has a date to take place.
The closed test will take place between October 20th and 23rd. This event will be accessible to players who have PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Registration to participate in this test is now open and runs until 4 am (Brasília time) on October 11th. You can sign up via official site.

During this specific period, players will be able to compete battles online, regardless of the platform they use, thanks to the famous cross-play. Additionally, participants will have access to the Tekken Fight Lounge, an immersive space that allows interactions between players and the exploration of new features and game modes.
Within the Tekken Fight Lounge, players will be able to create personalized avatars, interact with other players through chats and emotesset up custom matches, and use customization tools.
In addition, there are still several game modes that were distributed in four distinct areas: Battle Area, Customization Shop, Tekken Dojo and Beach Area.
To further crown the news that arrives soon, fans will have the return of “Tekken Ball”, a classic minigame that debuted in “Tekken 3” and involves beach volleyball matches. If you follow all versions of “Tekken”, you should already know what awaits you.
It is worth mentioning that you will not need an Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus subscription to participate in the beta test closed.
Furthermore, those who already participated in the tests carried out in June this year and downloaded the version will be able to join the next Closed Beta after a game update.
