1. Legendary Bharati Brown Bear

Location: Grizzlies East, Ambarino

This absolute unit is a more homicidal sight than your average bear. You first encounter him in Chapter Two, while hunting with Hosea during the quest “Exit Followed by a Rotten Ego”. There’s a good chance you won’t be able to kill the bear, as you’ll probably only have one pistol and salute to begin the mission in question. Do not worry. A few hours later, when you have the likes of Springfield or the Rolling Block Rifle in Arthur’s arsenal, head back to the hunting spot north of O’Creah’s Run in Grizzlies East and a few well-placed Express ammo shots will be in your heart. put the rough on the ground.

2. Legendary Coin

Location: Great Valley, West Elizabeth

Money hangs around in the pale woods of Big Valley, where you can find it a short trip northwest from the town of Strawberry. A Rolling Block Rifle loaded with express ammo must take this noble beast to the heart with a single shot.

3. Legendary Big Horned Aries

Location: Tail Pond, New Hanover

Big sheep ornaments east of Cattail Pond, a short drive from Valentine. Like many of the other mythical creatures on this list, a rifle kills a ram with the least possible fuss. We put ours down in a heartbeat, then give the head a second round.

4. Legendary White Bison

Location: Isabella Lake, Ambarino

This succulent clientele lives in the cold climates of Lake Isabella, north of Grizzlies West. Before traveling to the cold zone, be sure to pack in thick clothing or Arthur’s health will start to deplete faster. The bison’s tip trail often occurs on the slopes near the frozen lake. A high-powered rifle is the only way to deal with such a hefty piece of prey.

5. Legendary Wolf

Location: Cotorra Springs, Ambarino

You really can’t miss this wolf’s hunting ground. The graceful predator can be found among the geysers of Cotorra Springs, southwest of the Wapiti Indian encampment. Thanks to the monster’s proximity to the reservation, you’ll likely stumble upon resources while completing one of Rains Fall’s story missions. A single shot to the heart with the Springfield Rifle can knock the wolfie down in one shot.

6. Legendary Deer

Location: Roanoke Ridge, Ambarino

Built more like a giraffe than a deer, this massive herbivore requires a powerful weapon. If you want to take down deer with as few shots as possible, we recommend using the Carcano Rifle. You will find deer near a wooded lake near Roanoke Ridge. It’s surprisingly fast for a creature this large, so be sure to use Dead Eye and aim for the heart and neck.

7. Legendary Beaver

Location: Butcher Creek, Lemoyne

You can kill this sadly cute albino beaver with one good shot from the Varmint Rifle. Predictably, it can be found near a small dam on the riverbank near Butcher Creek, just west of the Van Horn Trade Center. Killing the cute creature is bad enough, so be at least semi-human and use the aforementioned bunny butcher gun or a bow.

8. Legendary Boar

Location: Blue Water Swamp, Lemoyne

Pumbaa’s seriously grumpy friend can be found in the swamps north of Lagras in the Lemoyne region of the map. The monster will happily strangle you when it sees you, so be sure to grab a gun with some firepower. A bow with poison arrows or a Springfield Rifle are good candidates for the oinker skewer job.

9. Legendary Jackal

Location: Old Greenbank Mill, New Hanover

Other than the panther – little more than the soon infuriatingly reclusive big cat – there is no mythical animal we have a harder time laying eggs than this coyote. You can find this timid predator in the hills of Scarlett Meadows. If you scare him, the beast will show his Roadrunner embarrassing sprint, so be sure to take one clean shot using the Springfield Rifle.

10. Legendary Fox

Location: Mattock Pond, Lemoyne

Make this crafty client less than fantastic by filling it with lead from the Varmint Rifle. You can find the fox near Mattock Pond, just north of Rhodes town. Try to jump on it, because if the sneaky client misses your first shot and runs into the bushes, it can be really hard to catch him.

11. Legendary Elk

Location: Bacchus Station, Cumberland Forest

The gorgeous grazer can be found just east of Bacchus Station in the Cumberland Forest area. When you follow the first few clues, you should have no trouble spotting the herbivore thanks to its white plumage. A Springfield Rifle loaded with Express or High Velocity ammo should take down the animal in two or three shots, provided you’re aiming for their vitals.

12. Legendary Bullgator

Location: Lakay, Bayou Nwa

Bulgator is a total son of a bitch. More dinosaur than crocodile, this massive swamp threat can be found in Bayou Nwa, west of Lakay, and is just minutes to the north from Saint Denis. To show the creature, you must first complete the Chapter 4 story quest “Country Tracks”. The Bullgator is the strongest animal in the game, so we recommend aiming it from afar using the Rolling Block Rifle. Just be warned, the beast will blame you… and it’s terribly fast.

Warning, the last four Red Dead Redemption 2 Legendary Animals are either in absolute spoiler zones or are the toughest monsters in the game. So just don’t mind spoilers if you’ve only revealed the entire Red Dead Redemption 2 map.

Ready? Ok, you’ve been warned.

13. Legendary Cougar

Location: Gaptooth Ridge, New Austin

This furry demon can be found on the prowl near Gaptooth Ridge, a little west of Tumbleweed in New Austin, on the prowl. Be on the lookout for her to lay her eggs by tracking down various fur residues and claw marks; Shooting the Puma outside of Dead Eye mode is extremely difficult, and if you’re out of slow motion sauce, you can expect a quick smack. While you really do need to use a rifle for a clean kill, we’d also take a semi-auto shotgun if you find yourself within the big cat’s gnawing range.

14. Legendary Pronghorn

Location: Rio Del Lobo Rock, New Austin

You can find this antelope hybrid near Rio Del Lobo Rock in the Rio Bravo region. Annoyingly, one of us loved life so much that it escaped us several times. Use a deodorizer to give yourself a clean kill, so the outlaw doesn’t smell Arthur as he approaches. A clean and accurate hit with the bow should knock the animal down with a single arrow.

15. Legendary Takana Bison

Location: Manteca Falls, New Austin

This serious slab of beef grazes northwest of Manteca Falls in New Austin. We found our bison surprisingly docile and hardly blinked in our Arthur’s presence…until we started shooting the poor beast in the face with our trusty Springfield Rifle. Four rounds of Express ammo should be enough to get the job done.

16. Legendary Giaguaro Panther

Location: Bolber Knife, Lemoyne

The toughest legendary animal in the game and the animal you’ll have to spend the most time with before proudly taking its hide to the trapper in Saint Denis. This sneaky cat only spawns when you reach rank 9 of the Red Dead Redemption 2 Master Hunter Challenges, so you can find him prowling west of Shady Belle in Lemoyne, not far from a specific New Orleans-inspired city. Grab a rifle and shotgun to make sure Kitty isn’t overly familiar. With the Panther down, treat yourself to a glass of XX whiskey to celebrate the fact that Morgan has successfully hunted 16 of RDR2’s most incredible creatures.
