One of the biggest skin sales ever made in the gaming world catches the attention of players; understand

The game developed by Valve Corporation, “Counter-Strike: Global Offensive”, better known as “CS:GO“, is one of the most popular multiplayer action games ever produced.

At the time of its launch, the developer company added one of the most popular features that help with the game’s capital turnover, the famous skins, which are item customizations.

The skin market is constantly growing and generates a lot of money every day. Skins can be sold by the game itself, or by players who purchase them. Skins and other items are obtained randomly in the game, in certain boxes that can be opened by players at the end of matches.

Due to the randomness of the skins purchased, many end up buying their favorite customizations, sometimes for stratospheric prices, as happened recently. The fact was that a skin was sold for a spectacular price, comparable even to luxury cars. Check out the details of the sale now.

The second largest transaction in ‘CS:GO’

Recently, the second largest transaction in “CS:GO” was made through the purchase of a skin. This quickly resonated across the internet due to the popularity of the online game.

The player known as “zipeL” sold for $500,000 – the equivalent of R$2.5 million – a Case Hardened AK-47 skin and a Blue GEM Karambit knife. The knife sold for around $100,000, and the AK-47 for a whopping $400,000.

These items are considered extremely rare, but what added even more value to the skin were the four stickers already placed by zipeL, known as “EMS One Katowice 2014 Titan”.

The rare and extremely expensive items are now owned by player “Luksusboms”. Although the skins are not interactive and do not add any notable attributes to in-game items, they are still highly sought after in the gaming market, giving unique aspects to player characters.
