• have registration in one of the following Latin American countries: El Salvador, Grenada, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Ecuador, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbado, Suriname, Belize, Chile, Saint Lucia, Paraguay, Mexico, Colombia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Guyana, Costa Rica, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela, Haiti, Dominica, Peru, Honduras, Saint Barthelemy, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Bahamas, Barbados and Brazil.
