Recently, the Capcom surprised fans after bringing the legendary Mega Man to the world of ‘Street Fighter 6’ through the highly anticipated Fighting Pass.
Celebrating the legacy of the iconic video game hero, the new content offers an exciting range of items and an exclusive skin for players to explore.
In Fighting Pass, enthusiasts will find a variety of Mega Man-inspired elements, including his helmet, t-shirt, pants, cannon-equipped arm, and signature boots.
Additionally, the pack includes custom emojis, titles, in-game mobile themed wallpaper, Photo Frame, stickers and nostalgic music for a complete experience.
Arcade classic becomes available
One of the most exciting additions is the opportunity to play ‘Mega Man: The Power Battle’, a classic arcades released in 1995.
Players will have the chance to face off against Dr. Willy’s challenging robots in sequential battles, both solo and cooperatively.
Such collaboration between ‘Mega Man’ and ‘Street Fighter 6’ is not the game’s first foray into crossovers with other Capcom franchises.

The company has already introduced ‘Final Fight’ costumes and even a beat em up mode in the game’s arcade, thus solidifying its commitment to paying homage to great video game icons.
In addition to Mega Man, ‘Street Fighter 6’ made room for other interesting crossovers, such as the inclusion of characters from the anime ‘Spy x Family’ in the ring and skins from ‘Street Fighter 6’ appearing in ‘Exoprimal’.
Despite the celebration of Mega Man in ‘Street Fighter 6’, fans of the franchise are still eagerly awaiting news about the hero’s future.
Since the release of ‘Mega Man 11’ in 2018, the series has faced uncertainty regarding new titles, leaving many fans hoping for announcements about ‘Mega Man X’, ‘ZX’, ‘Battle Network’ and others.
