Elden Ring Winged Scythe is located in the Tombsward Ruins on the Southern Peninsula, and her Angel’s Wings ability can actually stop healing (to some extent). This made it a must-have weapon for many PvP builds, as hitting an opponent with weapon art prevents them from using their Bottles and can provide a full pass during an invasion or in the Elden Ring Colosseum. We’ll go into more detail below on how to locate the Elden Ring Blade Scythe so you can apply its power to suit yourself.
Location of Elden Ring Blade Scythe
The Elden Ring Scythe is located in the Tombsward Ruins below Limgrave on the Southern Peninsula and can be obtained relatively early in the game. Follow these instructions to get your own:
- Go to the location marked on the map above.
- Here you will find ruined walls and structures with several enemies patrolling the area. This is Tombsward Ruins.
- In the middle of the ruins, there will be an underground staircase.
- Follow the ladder down to the corridor and go to the far end.
- There will be a door to a small room. Proceed to find a chest – Scythe is inside.
Once you have it, the Scythe is highly effective in both PvE and PvP, capable of slashing through enemies with sweeping combos and dealing Bleed damage with every hit. However, its most important feature is the Angel’s Wings skill mentioned above; Flasks of Crimson tears stop targets from healing health for a short time. Note that they can still heal with other tools, spells, or abilities, but this will disable their most powerful, easy, and common healing methods. In fact, the Scythe is so good we’ve made it the centerpiece of one of Elden Ring’s finest builds!
