Where to start with Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 5?
After downloading all the updates for Forza Horizon 5 and installing the game, you should be shown where the Hot Wheels Expedition is almost instantly. This is the mission you must complete that serves as your entrance to the new world of Hot Wheels, and is clearly marked on the map between the Caldera and Guanajuato, both of which are located in the northern half of Mexico in Forza Horizon 5. map above.
Click the Hot Wheels Expedition icon to set a route on your map and then drive. When you get to the right area, stop your car and follow the button prompt to begin the high-octane entry quest to Hot Wheels Park that sees you racing on giant, orange roads at ridiculous speeds. Once the entry is over, you’ll unlock the open world of Hot Wheels Park and you can start finding your way through the adventure, starting with B-Class Cars, new Hazard Sprints and more.
What to do if Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels is not working
First, make sure your Forza Horizon 5 game is fully installed and up to date. If the Hot Wheels DLC isn’t working for you, you may not have installed it properly as it appears to have launched in a two-part update for Forza Horizon 5. It’s good to go after starting the game.
Obviously, you should also make sure that you actually own the expansion. You can buy it separately for £14.99/$19.99, but if you own the Forza Horizon 5 Expansion, Premium Add-on Pack, or Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition, you already have the Hot Wheels expansion.
