In the realm of Honkai: Star Rail Trailblaze Continuance Mission, there lies a segment known as Alone in Peril under the Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue (II). Here, as a captive under the command of Hoolay, one assumes the role of Jiaoqiu and faces a critical decision – to seek aid or remain in solitude. Let me guide you through the consequences of both paths.
Amidst the turmoil of this quest segment, a daunting task presents itself – to “search for help and send news to the outside.” This can be achieved by conversing with three NPCs indicated by the quest navigator. Watch closely for dialogue options adorned in crimson hues, for these signify the choice to beseech for assistance. But ponder, should one yield to such a plea?
In a meeting with the Realm-Keeping Orderly, the pivotal choice lies before you – to seek aid or to disregard the interaction altogether. This moment, and this moment alone, holds the crux of the conversation. Should you opt for assistance, the path splits into two: reveal the lurking presence of Borisin or disclose your identity as Jiaoqiu while reporting the ominous news. Regardless of the path chosen, the Realm-Keeping Orderly will summon a soldier to address the situation. Yet, should you eschew aid, the exchange will conclude without reference to Borisin.
Across the Synwood Pavillion Space Anchor stands the Cloud Knights Soldier, awaiting your entreaty for aid. Opting for assistance will unveil two avenues: disclose the nearby presence of Borisin or introduce yourself as Jiaoqiu. In both scenarios, the soldier will recognize you as the Yaoqing messenger and call for reinforcements. However, should you dismiss the conversation, the soldier will bid you to return if urgency arises, thus concluding the dialogue sans mention of Borisin.
Conversations with the Starskiff Pilot commence with inquiries into the accommodations of the vessel. Regardless of the dialogue chosen, the narrative remains unaltered. When the moment arrives to beseech for aid, opting for secrecy will ignite a sequence requesting assistance. Two dialogue options emerge in its wake – seek passage out or relay a message to the Realm-Keeping Commission. Alas, both paths lead to naught, as aid remains elusive from the Starskiff Pilot.
In contrast to prior encounters, the discourse with the Suspicious Ferryman stands as a requisite to propel the narrative forward. Here, choices made hold no sway over the tale’s course, yielding a consistent outcome. Red dialogue options vanish, granting freedom to choose without consequence.
Should the call for aid reach the ears of the NPCs during Alone in Peril, a forthcoming encounter with Mok Tok awaits, triggered upon returning to Hoolay to advance the quest. The Cloud Knights Soldier, deceived into believing Mok Tok as a captain capable of aid, will cross paths with you. Condemnation from Hoolay follows, weaving implications of tragedy stemming from your actions. The lament of shattering bones resounds through the courtyard, marking the fate of those whom you sought aid from. Yet, such tragedy may be averted by declining to seek help. The tale forges onward, absent retribution upon Hoolay or favor for the generals, as the Cloud Knights Soldier’s reinforcements fall awry.
