Since the launch of GTA Online in 2013, a plethora of features, weapons, and vehicles have been added at an ever-increasing cost, but the true value of each GTA Online Shark Card is locked into its early days.

Megalodon Shark – $8,000,000

The $8 million GTA Megalodon Shark Card easily offers the best value for money, although that doesn’t exactly say much. A range of in-game vehicles with over 4 million each, including the Scramjet supercar ($4.6 million), the Deluxo flying car ($4.7 million), the Swift Deluxe helicopter ($5.2 million), and the P-996 Laser fighter jet there is. $6.5 million), so if you want two of these, you can’t have both for $100. Half a million GTA dollars is nothing to be taken lightly, and you can certainly buy a lot of vehicles for that price. It’s nothing high end of course and you won’t be able to buy more than one of these, but if there’s just one car that isn’t terribly expensive, it can cover the cost. It’s something you need to decide if it’s worth the $10 though.
Tiger Shark – $200,000
Cost: £3.29 / €4.99 / €3.99
Cost per $1 million: £16.45 / $24.95 / €19.95
Everything said about the Red Shark card can be said for the Tiger Shark card. You’ll save a bit more compared to buying two Reds, but there really isn’t much you can buy with that either.
Red Shark Cash Card – $100,000
Cost: £1.99 / $2.99 / €2.49
Cost per $1 million: £19.99 / €29.99 / €24.90
This shark card gives you the worst value ever and costs more than double what you would pay for the same amount of in-game currency when you buy a more expensive card. And it won’t gain you much these days – at least nothing that’s been added to the game in the last 4 or 5 years. You can combine it with some of your own money to buy some old guns or sports cars that have been on the market since the game’s release, but the prices for DLC cars have skyrocketed since those early days.
