Description of God of War Ragnarok ending and how to get secret second ending extras

Clearly revealing the end and secrets of God of War Ragnarok, HUGE SPOILER. If you don’t want to know, or if there’s no one to blame but yourself, stop now. Alongside the ending story of God of War Ragnarok, we’ll be covering the secret ending (twice) after the credits have been collected, and many other pieces that tie it all together.

So, once again, BIG SPOILER ALERT While explaining how to find and trigger the God of War Ragnarok ending and the second ending that will completely transfer the end credits.

Not surprisingly, the game ends with a full attack on Ragnarok and Asgard. After fighting to get to the city, Kratos fights Thor, but convinces him to be better for his children. Odin then kills Thor and the final battle sees Kratos, Atreus and Freya join forces to defeat and overthrow Odin.

Odin is eventually defeated but not killed. He says he will never give up when Atreus offers him one last chance to give up. Atreus expresses regret for this choice and uses the Jotnar spell to whisper one of the marbles he has collected Odin’s soul – the same spell he accidentally cast on Fenrir’s soul at the beginning of the game. This showed Atreus embracing a man on the ground with a kind of vortex connecting them. Initial belief was that Kratos was shown to be dead, although another theory suggests it might be Tyr, the image obscures the man’s arm and Tyr, classically, loses an arm in Ragnarok.

But we now I know it was Atrues who whispered Odin’s soul to finally stop him:

This soul marble is taken and shattered by Sindri almost instantly, killing Odin forever and basically completing the game. However, it’s not over yet. After one last minute escaping the destruction of Asgard, Freyr sacrificed himself so everyone could escape, Atreus was apparently injured, and the God of War awakened in Midgard to bid farewell to most of Ragnarok’s staff. Most importantly, this includes Kratos. Angrboda takes both Atreus and Kratos to a new Jotnar temple, the temple of Atreus created by Faye; this shows the events of the story as they are, not how they were predicted before.

This leads Atreus to explain that there are still other giants out there and he must find them. Alone. Kratos says if that scares him, that’s why he should do it, and the two say goodbye sadly. “Loki must go, but Atreus will stay,” Kratos says earnestly.

With Kratos alone, he discovers a second temple behind Atreus, describing his journey from Athens and Greece to Midgard. The final panel shows him in his Spartan form but holding the Leviathan ax – that is, a mix of who he is and who he is – he is worshiped as a god.

When asked what he saw, he explains that it was ‘a path I never imagined’. What this means is that Kratos will be a figure revered as a beloved god by his people. His Spartan outfit shows that he can never change who he used to be, but he can change who he will be. Kratos, Mimir and Freya then band together and set off towards the end of the game, saying there is much to rebuild.

There’s another secret God of War Ragnarok ending that will collect the end credits and play the God of War Ragnarok ending theme of Blood on the Snow, while the “end” of the story releases you back to earth to chase endgame stuff and finish unfinished business. . 5. If you visit Jotunheim You can talk to Agrboda and, more importantly, to the pet Fenrir.
6. Visit Niflheim and you will find a new way this takes him to a dilapidated Aesir prison where you can find and release him. real Tyr. Freya says she can go to Sindri’s house, but she actually goes to Freyr’s camp and practices tai-chi. You can also find him meditating in Midgard between Tyr’s Temple and the road to King’s Grave.
