Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released sooner than expected

While we have witnessed a lot of launch delays in many studios in recent years, some titles still benefit from unexpected early releases. This was, for example, the case of Larian pushing Baldur’s Gate 3 on PC a full month to avoid Starfield, and given the game’s popularity this seems like a success.

An early release by October 5th means Assassin’s Creed Mirage will no longer have to compete with Lords of the Fallen, which is due out October 13, or Alan Wake 2, which is scheduled for October 17. This delay also separates it from Spider-Man 2 (October 20), which as always promises to be one of PS5’s most popular specials.

This extra week may just be You always need it to fully enjoy Assassin’s Creed. Unlike previous games, Mirage will be much shorter. Ubisoft officially announced Lifespan of just over 20 hourscorresponds to the first Assassin’s Creed. Ubisoft also took the opportunity to lower the launch price as it is only available from €49.99 compared to €79.99 for the latest triple A.
