These weathered, wooden boats pack treasure, cash, and XP bonuses on the side, so they’re definitely worth seeking out. This new GTA Online collection will also leave clothing scraps that can be made into a special pirate costume if you find enough of them. As you can see in the map above, there are 30 possible GTA Online Shipwrecks in total, but only one will spawn a treasure chest each day. To determine which is active, you can either grab a fast vehicle such as a helicopter and visit them all until you find your reward, or do some research first and discover exactly where the current location is – this is it. How to unlock the GTA Online Frontier outfit
Once you reach any of the currently active GTA Online Shipwreck locations, find the remains of the wooden boat and then look for a treasure chest nearby. Interact with him to get GTA$20,000 and 2000 RP along with a piece of clothing. Gather seven of these outfits and assemble the Frontier outfit for your wardrobe, a pirate ensemble suitable for the wreck boats you found them.
