Ted Lasso encourages with billboard messages for US players heading to the 2022 FIFA World Cup

When it’s time for the big prize, the FIFA World Cup, fans and people from different countries find different ways to motivate their players to do their best. Haji Wright is currently in excellent form and looks quite impressive playing for Antalyaspor in the Turkish Super League and is also the second top scorer in the league. Jack Steffan, Manchester City’s backup goalkeeper and the formidable USA’s number one pick, has been overlooked by the manager and fans fear this decision will haunt them in the tournament ahead.

Arsenal’s Matt Turner has been given a spot in the roster and is expected to be their number one pick as they enter the tournament. Another shocker was the rejection of Rangers’ Malik Tillman, CF Montreal’s Djordje Mihailović and Union Berlin’s Jordan Pefok in the Eredivisie, as well as Groningen’s Ricardo Pepi, who failed to make it to Berhalter’s finals.
