With the release of Valorant patch 4.05 came a host of new issues for developers to deal with, including a “hidden” Raze nerf and a spike sound glitch. Riot came hot with a fix after it was shut down for a day.
If you’ve been feeling a little weird as a Raze player lately, don’t worry; your feelings are valid. Re-equipping weapons after using the agent’s explosion packs and ultimate is causing serious problems for players around the world.
Gamers took to Reddit and Twitter within hours to express their displeasure. They all agreed that they had the same problems.

Raze pissed off in Valorant?
“Priority setting doesn’t work after using blast packs,” one player said. “And instead of the earlier short animation, the weapon you unearth has a full animation. Is this a problem for others?” There were many theories about what was wrong, but Riot was quick to respond on Valorant’s official Twitter page after so many players complained.
Initially, the business stated that a fix is only available for a short time. “Thanks to your reports, we were able to catch the bugs listed below and are working on a patch that should be ready in 1-2 hours.”
Unfortunately, it turned out to be just wishful thinking. Within an hour, an additional release, the problems and not-so-secret nerf proved particularly difficult for the weary development team.
The team kept their word after reporting a one-day return for rigorous correction. All seemed right of Valorant 24 hours later, the world and “competition are back.”
With these adjustments made, we should expect a smooth course for the remainder of Patch 4.05 until Patch 4.06 is released.
