G2 Esports appears to be being canceled in the Valorant eSports scenario after the organization’s CEO, Carlos Rodriguez, was seen partying with Andrew Tate after he won the League of Legends world championship.
Despite knowing that Andrew Tate has been labeled as a misogynistic personality on social media platforms and has faced massive backlash to date, the CEO of G2 Esports has not apologized for his decision to hang out with Tate.

Andrew Tate may have tarnished G2 Esports’ image
G2 Esports is currently one of the most popular European esports organizations, with rosters in FPS games like Valorant and CS: GO, as well as their specialty League of Legends. Outside of League of Legends, they have a very competitive Valorant team in North America, but that may not work.
Riot had recently revamped its eSports structure after finishing the Champions Tour 2022 and finishing it on a HIGH mark. Under the new structure, the developers plan to partner with select teams from EMEA, Americas and the Pacific.
