Multiple agents in Valorant were replaced in Patch 4.04, allowing the Controller meta to change and other agents spawn more frequently in competitive and pro matches. Brimstone’s Sky Smoke and Stim Beacon have been improved in the update, making it a viable choice. Along with Quick Boost, the Stim Beacon also provides a speed boost, significantly increasing its perks.
Stim Beacon was slightly nerfed in Patch 4.05. While many fans were excited about the update, Riot Games got Stim Beacon a little pissed off in Patch 4.05. The Stim Beacon now has one charge instead of two, and its price has doubled from 100 to 200. This forces players to use the Stim Beacon wisely without completely weakening the ability.

Other improvements introduced in patch 4.05 include plus codes. Players can now generate crosshair codes to share with friends or other players, allowing them to quickly use a specific crosshair. You can copy and paste the code into settings to instantly regenerate the crosshair in-game.
The new Controller meta breathes new life into it as it allows players to choose from a variety of agents on various maps. This is more fun than the Astra/Viper meta, where only two agents are available on almost every map. I hope, valiant Brimstone nerf will not have a significant effect on select rate and will continue to appear in pro battles.
