The main event of PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 concluded with the victory trophy awarded to Vampire Esports. Now Tencent is making its moves to host a new event called ‘Afterparty Showdown’, which already has a surprise for viewers.
Many changes were made to this year’s tournament format when an official announcement regarding the eSports structure was made. One of the main changes was PUBG Mobile’s mid-season tournament as it played this year’s main tournament followed by the Afterparty Showdown.

PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 Afterparty Showdown adds Livik and Karakin maps
It has been announced by the authorities that the ‘Afterparty Showdown’ tournament of PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 will feature six different maps, meaning that each match will be played on a different map, forcing players to change their strategy each time.

- MAP 3: Vikendi
- MAP 4: Karakin
- MAP 5: Sanhok
- MAP 6: Miramar
Fans may have noticed that Livik and Karakin, two of the smallest maps in the game, will be added to competitive eSports for the first time. This will help to finish matches early and provide a space for increased competition between players.
