There’s a reason Tencent’s PUBG Mobile is so popular and the game still remains the same four years after its release. Developers often pay attention to the requests of their players, and in such a case, they decided to bring Payload 2.0 back.
Players are currently witnessing the 2.0 update of the game, which brings the long-awaited official release of the Livik map. In addition, players are also enjoying the great co-op content added to the game.

PUBG Mobile brings back Payload 2.0
Payload 2.0 is a revamped version of the original Payload with classic gameplay on the Erangel map but in a hardcore mode. This means that players can defeat their enemies not only with guns but also with missiles. Other features like helicopters are also a common attraction in this game mode.
The revamped version of the payload mod adds more interesting elements to the Erangel map. The mod was added to the game during the October 2021 update and fans have been enjoying the mod ever since on both PUBG Mobile and its Indian version, Battlegrounds Mobile India.
Gamers who like to play a game with intense gameplay are sure to like this game mode if they have not played this mode before. Payload 2.0 has seen the following features added, turning Erangel into a challenging battle royale mode.

Unfortunately, this mod was removed when the Unranked Classic Matches tab was added to PUBG Mobile. Fans have been demanding the return of this mod ever since, and it looks like their wishes will eventually be granted. It has been announced that the mod will be coming back on June 15th.
Payload 2.0 can be expected to be added as well, as Battlegrounds Mobile India also receives any new additions to Tencent’s battle-royale game. BGMI and an announcement is expected soon. Fans hope Payload 2.0 will be a permanent addition, as no removal date has been specified.
