There are numerous publishers that will be distributing comics for free throughout the country between December 10th and 11th (dates on which Sony will also be making online multiplayer mode available for free, what an intense weekend!).
This occasion is due to the importance of Free Comic Book Daywhich was organized by Devir and which is inspired by “Free Comic Book Day”, an event that takes place annually in the United States.
The objective is to give due prestige to stores specialized in Comics and which are influences within the national nerd market.
Among the publishers participating in the project are the following: Panini, Companhia das Letras, Conrad Editora, Devir, Todavia Editora and JBC with mangas.
In total, the number of establishments around the country that will be participating in the project is 55.
More benefits of participating
In addition to the free comics, each store will also be offering a wide range of products, such as: card games, board games, graphic novels, action figures, toys, etc.
Thanks to the support of the establishments and the assistance of different publishers, special printed editions will be distributed throughout the entire period of the event.
Two distribution points located in the city of São Paulo (SP) will be taking part in this event. The aim is also to spread the culture to different social classes: FIESP Cultural Center and the Sao Paulo Cultural Center. Don’t miss out!
This is just a single weekend, so make the most of it!
