Scheduled to be released in December this year, this edition promises to win over readers with its engaging narrative.

The comic’s script is written by the talented Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing, who have the difficult task of bringing life to the pages of this exciting story. The art is by Geraldo Borges, known for his striking visual style.

The Thunderbolts are a powerful group of characters, including some names already known to the public. The team features the notable presences of Black Widow, Sharon Carter (Destroyer), Yelena, Red Guardian, American Agent and Shang-Chi.

Under the command of the Winter Soldier and the enigmatic Countess Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, they join forces to face complex challenges and defend the world against imminent threats.

‘Thunderbolts’ on the big screen

While the comic is being prepared to win over fans, the Thunderbolts film is also in production, bringing a strong cast to bring the characters to life.

Florence Pugh takes on the role of Yelena Belova/Black Widow, while Wyatt Russell plays John Walker/U.S. Agent. David Harbor plays Alexei Alanovich Shostakov/Red Guardian and Sebastian Stan returns as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier.

Additionally, Hannah John-Kamen will play Ghost, while Olga Kurylenko will take on the role of Taskmaster. At the helm of the group, we have the talented Julia Louis-Dreyfus leading as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.

The cast also features Harrison Ford, Ayo Edebiri (The Bear) and Steven Yeun (Treta), promising an unforgettable cinematic experience.

The long-awaited film is scheduled to be released on July 26, 2024. However, due to the writers’ strike, this date may change.

It is important to highlight that the production of “Thunderbolts” was not the only one affected by the delays. “Blade” and the series “Wonder Man” also had their pre-productions interrupted, leaving fans even more anxious for the return of these iconic characters to the screen.
