The unique artistic style of Akira Toriyama, creator of the famous anime ‘Dragon Ball’was quite successful and had a huge impact not only in Japan, but around the world.
His characteristic feature is recognized by everyone, both in the manga and anime. The same can be said about the cast of ‘Harry Potter’, which immortalized each of the iconic characters in the history of cinema and literature.
But, what if ‘Harry Potter’ Had it been turned into a ‘Dragon Ball’-style Japanese animation instead of a live-action film? It would be quite different, but at the same time, memorable, wouldn’t it?
Harry Potter characters transform into anime
Reddit user Micelento tested this idea and asked artificial intelligence to transform Harry and his friends into adorable (but brave) anime characters.
To the surprise of many fans, the AI managed to capture the essence of the anime very well, as noted by a network user who commented on the post:
“You know it’s ‘Dragon Ball’ when everyone has this look on their face like they’re about to punch you at any moment.”
As for the ‘Harry Potter’ characters, in addition to becoming very cute, each of them underwent certain modifications to be inserted into the world of ‘Dragon Ball’.
Even so, the AI managed to maintain its main characteristics and mannerisms. It’s hard to believe that the classic film will actually become an anime, and that in a few weeks we’ll see Harry and the gang debut on TV.
Art includes everything from the famous and beloved golden trio, Harry, Hermione and Ron, to characters not as beloved of the franchise, in fact, quite hated, as Bellatrix Lestrange and Lord Voldemort. Check out the images below!
