Beatles will hit theaters with up to four productions; check out the project

The Beatles, one of rock’s most iconic bands, will have their story portrayed in a unique and innovative way in the movie theaters.

The announcement that four films will be produced, each showing the point of view of one of the members — John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr — promises to take fans on an exciting journey behind the scenes of the legendary band.

The project, which received approval from Apple Corps and is in the hands of the renowned Sony Pictures, is directed by award-winning filmmaker Sam Mendes, known for his work on ‘American Beauty’ (1999).

For the first time, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the families of John Lennon and George Harrison agreed to grant the rights to the four musicians to produce an autobiographical film.

Each feature film will address the events that shaped the Beatles’ trajectory from each member’s unique and personal perspective, offering viewers a more intimate and detailed view of their lives and careers.

The Beatles’ return to the spotlight

The Beatles recently returned to the spotlight with the release of the documentary ‘Get Back’, directed by Peter Jackson, and the unreleased song ‘Now and Then’.

The latter, produced with the help of technology to rescue John Lennon’s voice from an old cassette tape, aroused great interest among fans.

The announcement of the four project filmsconceived approximately a year ago by Sam, has brought renewed attention to the iconic band.

Sam’s creative ability and power of persuasion were crucial in warmly involving Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Sean Lennon and Olivia Harrison in the project.
