In Justice League #24the plot is set in a multiverse where the Justice League is trapped and faces The World Forgera cosmic being who possesses a distorted sense of ethical justice.

In the comic, the Forger intends to rewrite the universe authoritatively under the pretext that it “went wrong”. As one of his abilities is to read people’s hearts and minds, the Forger manages to recruit Batman to carry out his plan, who also believes that the universe should be different.
But the Gentleman uses human resources, technology and that alien dimension to build an armor that would make Iron Man jealous.
The new armor makes the hero the Sun Knight and easily defeats any member of the League. DC’s bat never really wanted to command people, but rather to fight crime. That’s why he outwits the World Forger and rescues Superman (who was banished to another multiverse). Together, they manage to save the universe.
The illustrations reveal a suit that has many powerful abilities to adapt to any situation, including controlling minds at a cellular level. The device can also alter gravity, teleport, and steal any technology.
