In the third and final ODI between Australia and Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe’s batsman and captain Regis Chakabva crushed a dreadful six and a fan behind the rope caught a spectacular one-handed catch on Saturday, September 3.
This happened in the 36th round of fifth ball hits. Adam Zampa was bowling and it was a free kick. Zampa then bowled on Chakabva’s bow and the batter smashed the ball over the deep square leg.

Zimbabwe script record after beating Australia for the first time in eight years
In the third ODI, Zimbabwe won the toss and chose to go bowling. Only David Warner scored 94 points with 96 balls, while Glenn Maxwell scored 19 points in 22 shots with three limits. Other than these two, no Aussie hitter would have even scored in double digits. Two of his hitters went back to duck to help the Australians set up 141 before collecting more than 31. Zimbabwe responded with the loss of seven forts in 39 to successfully chase the target.
Zimbabwe bowler ryan burl This was the reason behind Australia’s dire situation. Five wickets scalped for just 10 runs. He skinned the wicket doors of David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Ashton Agar, Mitchell Starc, and Josh Hazlewood.
In contrast, Zimbabwean openers Takudzwanashe Kaitano and Tadiwanashe Marumani scored 19 and 35 points, respectively. Captain Regis Chakabva hitting unbeaten in 37 rounds with three quads 72 balls. With his hits, Zimbabwe reached the goal only in 39th place.
