Sanju Samson It is adored by Indian fans. And when the Cricket Control Board (BCCI) in India announces the lineups for the most important matches without including Samson, the fans get pretty pissed off.
In a recent interview, Samson said that his positive mindset makes him compete with his own teammates, namely pants and KL Rahul means that he has let his country down.
“I’m lucky to be back after five years and the Indian team was one of the best cricket teams in the world five years ago and is now #1. Our team has this quality to be in the 15-man squad at number 1 and playing in the XI. But you also think of yourself when you have another chance. But as you said, the mind must have the right frame, it’s important to think positively.‘ said Sam.
“At the same time, I… these days, we hear a lot on social media about the Sanju you’ll be replacing. Will you replace Rishabh Pant or replace KL Rahul? But I have to think clearly about these matters. I think KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant are both playing for their country, so if I’m thinking of competing with my own teammates then I’m disappointing my home country… I’m disappointing my own India. That’s why I like to think positively that you will always take a chance, work and do it for the team.,” added.
