Going official last week, LG’s latest connected watch, the LG Watch Urbane LTE, is part of the MWC 2015 festivities, and we were lucky to get close to it. Opportunity to offer you some photos and a starter video. It’s an experience we wouldn’t want to miss for anything in the world as the product looks successful.
Unlike previous LG smartwatches, LG Watch Urbane LTE does not work Not under Android Wear, but under an in-house OS which at first glance seems quite convincing. The interface is colorful and ergonomic, and the smartwatch doesn’t seem to be left behind when it comes to functionality.
With a weight of 115 grams, the object may seem a little heavy, but this is because unlike the classic version, the LTE model is a 700mAh battery. A sine qua non condition for satisfactory autonomy with 4G connectivity. And knowing that the dial is made of metal, it stays true.

Just like the G Watch R, the Watch Urbane LTE prefers a round dial shape that makes it look like a real watch. In the middle of class and sports, the design remains elegant but quite massive. The only minor thing we can blame it on is its appearance is not customizable because the chip required for 4G connectivity is hidden inside the bracelet.
