Tours High Court (TGI) has ordered the removal of the Linky-linked meter from the homes of 13 people for medical reasons, 20 Minutes reported. A new legal victory, to the credit of those who vilified the device, after a judge authorized the electrosensitive to deny the Linky installation and another declared the obligation to install an anti-wave filter in the same electrosensitive device.
But Linky is not dangerous to health, according to ANFR
The court announced “Line carrierless electricity distribution” for these 13 houses. In one of the cases, we find a boy with a 7-year-old boy. “chronic fatigue” and “sleep difficulties”. TGI thought there might be a connection with Linky. It should be noted that even if it gets better after the removal of the unloved counter, its psychological effect will not be neglected, and this does not prove that Linky is harmful.

Also, a recent report from the National Frequency Agency (ANFR) assures that Linky is not harmful to health. After a series of tests and measurements, the institution explains that the waves emitted by the connected meter are far below the legal limits and have no effect on the human body. Also, Linky transmits about 1% of the time, not constantly. By way of comparison, ANFR calculated that a WiFi internet box transmits on average 15 times more than a Linky. In short, reproaches may be directed at the counter (privacy, increased bills), but there is no technical evidence that it causes adverse health effects.
