This app is nothing new as an update of Xperia Transfer Mobile has been available since last October. Despite what the name might imply, this application does not only concern smartphones in the Xperia series, nor those signed with Sony. Whether you have a Blackberry or an iPhone, this app is compatible with them and hence Android and iOS.
The advantage of this update is that unlike the previous one, no utilities need to be installed. After this, data exchange takes place directly between two smartphones. Here list of data that can be transferred :
