Since June 2018, WhatsApp has been working on a dark mode for the Android version of its app. Like Facebook Messenger or Viber on Android, the messaging app was soon to go to the dark side. WhatsApp embeds dark mode before its final rollout on Android
A private website, WABetaInfo, recently announced on its Twitter account that the dark mode will never be used in WhatsApp. “WhatsApp has completely removed dark mode (in development) in its Android app” underlines the tweet. we can’t find there is no trace of this mod in the application code to everyone’s surprise.
