Sprint is also Confirmed to receive Galaxy Note 5 and it appears that its release will mirror AT&T’s.

The release date of the Sprint Galaxy Note 5 will be on August 21, just like AT&T. Again, this is much earlier than usual and comes well before Apple’s rumored iPhone 6s Plus launch event. Apple will reportedly host a launch event on September 9, but the company has yet to send out invites.

Sprint will start taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 5 starting at 3 PM today, and it has revealed a few more important details ahead of sales.

The carrier says pre-orders will begin shipping tomorrow, August 14, a week before the device hits the shelves at retail outlets. Sprint also says customers and pre-orderers will get:

T-Mobile Galaxy Note 5

T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 5 didn’t pass the FCC before today’s launch date, but we expected the carrier to offer the fifth-generation model.

T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 5 has been confirmed and will apparently join its other carriers in the US by launching the device on August 21, ahead of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

US Cellular Galaxy Note 5

The US Cellular Galaxy Note 5 release has also been confirmed, and it looks like it will launch its latest flagship device a little earlier than usual.

Like others, it will launch the Galaxy Note 5 on August 21. For those unfamiliar with past Galaxy Note releases, know that this is weeks before usual. In the past, US carriers like US Cellular have launched the Galaxy Note 5 in late September, October, and even November.

Pre-orders for the US Cellular Galaxy Note 5 will soon begin giving callers from the nation’s fifth-largest carrier a chance to pre-order the phone before its release date.

Verizon Galaxy Note 5

As expected, the Verizon Galaxy Note 5 has also been confirmed to be released. Verizon is taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 5 starting today, but has yet to confirm the Galaxy Note 5 release date.

The 32GB Verizon Galaxy Note 5 will be $696 without contract, and the 64GB model will be $792. You’ll also be able to pay $29 per month for 24 months for the 32GB version or $33 per month for the 64GB version for 24 months.

Remember, Verizon recently changed the way it sells smartphones, so you’ll want to be extremely careful when pre-ordering.

Other Carriers

It appears that the Galaxy Note 5 is not confirmed for other US carriers and the Galaxy Note will once again be limited to major US carriers.

Smaller regional and prepaid carriers generally do not stock the Galaxy Note series, and this trend is likely to continue. There’s always a chance of a late announcement, but we can’t count on that at this point.
