The new Nexus 6P smartphone is finally back in stock on the Google Store. Launch had a few issues with delays in orders and shipping, not to mention Google was running out of stock pretty fast. Available today in all colors and all storage configurations after a minor delay in orders and a few other issues.
The Nexus 6P version didn’t go too smoothly either, although the build wasn’t as bad as the Nexus 4 or Nexus 5, which sold out in less than an hour. Buyers who pre-ordered will see some ships as promised in late October, while others have been delayed to November, and some of those who pre-ordered have yet to receive their smartphones.
On September 29, Google announced the impressive, all-new, all-aluminum Nexus 6P, along with the Nexus 5X. Both fancy new Android 6.0 Marshmallow phones are upgraded pre order same day, but the Nexus 6P version was facing delays and inventory issues, while the Nexus 5X was ready for about two months.

The Nexus 6P is available for pre-order on September 29, but no release date has been given. After Nexus 5X orders started shipping, Nexus 6P started shipping to those who ordered around the 3rd week of October. However, some orders have been delayed until November 14th (like mine) and other delays, not to mention Google’s 64 and 128GB models as well as a few colors have been completely out of stock.
It has been extremely popular as it is the first Nexus smartphone made of aluminum and the first Nexus with 128GB of storage. The 64GB version quickly disappeared from the Play Store, then the 128GB, and was out of stock when reviews hit the web and users started posting their first impressions.
In other words, those who were waiting for a review before buying could not do it because when the reviews and news about the phone came out, it was completely out of stock. As a result, some potential buyers chose to order from Huawei, which makes the phone, or purchase from other sources.
We have good news today and no more waiting or stock issues. Formal google store The Nexus 6P is available in 32GB, 64GB or 128GB colors in Aluminum Silver, Graphite Black or Ice White, all starting at $499. Potential buyers can choose the color they want, the amount of storage required, and the Google Store promises to ship within 1-2 days. Before that it was 2-3 weeks or completely out of stock.
Those looking for a new smartphone as 2015 draws to a close can look for some good deals during Black Friday or pick up the new Nexus 6P for just $499 right now. It seems to be in stock, but it may not last long, so hurry up and order now. Stay tuned for more details.
