HTC One X9 Release Rumors Swirl

Earlier this week, news and an image leaked about a new flagship smartphone called HTC One X9. The rumors have made it look like an impressive phone that everyone will want to consider the Galaxy Note 5 and even the Galaxy S7 for years to come. However, today there are more images surfaced, with reliable leakers stating that it is nothing more than a mid-range budget smartphone. With rumors swirling, here’s everything we know so far.

HTC’s M-series has always been known as the flagship or “high-end” when it comes to HTC smartphones, and we’re still hearing about a new HTC One M10 coming in early 2016. The HTC One X9 talks were apparently wrong, but today we have more images showing that it’s real and coming soon, it won’t be as good as many had hoped.

The HTC One A9 is a mid-range smartphone with a hefty price tag, it looks good but didn’t do much to get the sick company back on track. However, a powerful new and redesigned HTC One M10 could do just that, along with the rumored One X9 next month or early 2016.

Looking at the leaked images of the HTC One X9 from the front, it looks like an old HTC Butterfly device that was never released in the US, except for its DROID DNA, but this new variant could be available in the United States as early as 2016, and the flagship will soon follow. followed by the HTC One M10.

According to popular leakster @evleaks, reports of the HTC One X9 earlier this week were completely false and will instead be an average smartphone with no high-end features worth getting excited about. The same message was confirmed by another highly respected HTC leaker @LlabTooFer.

The HTC One X9 will be a mid-range phone as mentioned above, rather than a 5-inch Quad-HD display, a massive 3,500mAh battery and tons of luxury features with a new design.

Evan’s report suggests it will be a device launched outside of the United States with a 5.5-inch 1080p HD display and some impressive mid-range specs. It’s not a powerful octa-core processor like the brand new Snapdragon 820 that will beat the Galaxy Note 5, Nexus 6P and many other high-end phones available today.

According to LlabTooFer, the HTC One X9 will launch in early 2016 as a mid-range smartphone, and the image above may be correct. It will have a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 4 Ultra-pixel front camera and will launch in January or February, with HTC’s flagship One M10 coming a few months later.

But the image at the top of the page shares a few more details about the phone. To confirm, it will have an aluminum unibody bezel, no fingerprint scanner and a design very similar to the new HTC One A9 and will look somewhat similar to the iPhone.

What all this means is that what was leaked earlier this week as an HTC “dream device” according to some, won’t be here until 2016, won’t launch in the United States, and is likely just another average smartphone. from the company.

Instead, users should be excited about the upcoming HTC One M10. It’s a smartphone that will have a radical new design compared to the last three years, pack some high-end features, and aim to take the Galaxy S7, iPhone 7 and everything else released in 2016. There are more details, images and rumors but we don’t know much for now. Take all the rumors with a grain of salt and we’ll report back when we find out more.
