Exciting Galaxy S7 and LG G5 Rumors Emerge

Both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and LG G4 have been around for more than a few months, but as 2016 approaches, both manufacturers are busy working on their next big thing. And while a few minor leaks regarding the Galaxy S7 have already started, rumors have surfaced about both the upcoming LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 this week.

These two new phones are both expected to launch in early 2016, and this year each manufacturer launched their own flagship devices months ahead of previous years to stay ahead of the competition. For 2016 though, things look tighter than ever as each of these smartphones try to launch earlier than usual while using some impressive new tech inside.

This year has been a big one for both companies. Samsung has redesigned the Galaxy S series with an all aluminum and glass design, beating Apple’s camera and releasing a solid phone. LG has done something similar, adding customization with leather backs to surpass Motorola and lagging far behind Samsung in the design and camera department. So what will both offer in 2016? We’re not sure yet, but a few early rumors have impressive details to share.

by a brand new report The Galaxy S7 from SamMobile will be one of the most powerful smartphones ever released, but the company may not use its own Exynos processor as it did with the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 this year. Instead, Qualcomm may be on its new flagship. and the same goes for LG and G5.

For now, it’s too early to know what’s to come, or even to speculate. That said, both companies are busy working on new smartphones that will take on the iPhone 6s and everything else coming this year and early 2016. Almost nothing has been revealed yet, but below are a few exciting details that have just surfaced.

Samsung Galaxy S7

Samsung has already started testing a device codenamed “Project Lucky”, which it assumes stands for the lucky #7, which will be the new Samsung Galaxy S7 of 2016. There are prospects and even a suggestion that Samsung may bring back the micro SD slot in 2016. At the same time, the LG G4 offers owners a micro SD slot for storage expansion, and next year the Galaxy S7 could have some real competition. from LG.

This week, a benchmark reportedly to the Samsung Galaxy S7 has surfaced, and it’s powered by Qualcomm’s brand new octa-core Snapdragon 820 processor and will come with 4 or even 6GB of RAM. But other reports suggest that Samsung will use its own in-house processor.

We also hear that in 2016, Samsung will launch a regular-sized Galaxy S7 and a larger Galaxy S7 Plus, similar to Apple’s approach, alongside the popular Note series. It essentially gives buyers two options, not to mention the possibility of a 3rd curved “Edge” series somewhere between the S7 and Note 6. coming next year

LG G5

To make things even more interesting, a rumor surfaced this afternoon that the new LG G5 for 2016 is coming right after Samsung again with some very similar features. GforGames, who has shared accurate information in the past, reportedly has inside information about several LG G5 features, and here’s what they said.

It’s worth noting that the only real details in these rumors are the 20-megapixel cameras on both phones, the Snapdragon 820, and early release dates in 2016. , like the G5 has a fingerprint scanner.

Again, details about both of these phones are very light and likely to be subject to a lot of changes until February-April when they will be announced and released, just like in 2015.

GforGames’ report states that the LG G5 20 megapixel Sony camera will be a very unique sensor made exclusively for the G5, not a mass-produced camera that other manufacturers can offer. They will also add their own tech like laser autofocus and more for enhanced photography.

What all this means is that in 2016, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5 could be two of the first smartphones on the market and one of the best. It probably uses the latest technology, having both fingerprint scanners and some top-notch cameras for great photos.

Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 promises to charge smartphones to 85% in just 35 minutes; this is the biggest improvement in battery technology (or charging) in recent times and that would be a huge selling point. It’s like a fingerprint scanner on the G5, considering LG is years behind Samsung and Apple in this department. But with Android 6.0 with native fingerprint support, we expect almost all major manufacturers to include them in 2016.

This year, many manufacturers have stayed away from Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 810 due to reports of overheating, including LG using the 6-core Snapdragon 808. However, in 2016 the new 820 will be faster, more powerful and feature some of the latest technologies than ever before, offering great battery life for users to be extremely efficient. That’s why big hits like Samsung and LG could use Qualcomm again in 2016.

It’s too early to suggest anything about the Galaxy S7 or LG G5 at this point, but most of the above seems likely given the natural evolution of the market and technology. We’ll start to hear more as the holiday season approaches and 2016 arrives. As both the S6 and G4 are still new, it’s hard to think ahead now, but better phones are always around the corner.
