That’s not all, as Prime Video will be streaming the playoffs as well as the conference finals from the Play-in SoFi NBA tournament. Rights to WNBAA women’s basketball league is also part of the deal.
According to Amazon, “Prime Video will distribute its match offering in the United States and internationally, with expanded match offerings in select regions including Mexico and Brazil. FranceItaly, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland”. Specifically, this package will include: approximately twenty additional prime-time regular season gamesa series of conference finals and the NBA finals for 6 years (out of the eleven years stipulated in the agreement). It is not yet known how much access to NBA games on Prime Video will cost.We’ll have to wait a bit to find out.
