DC uses new Green Arrow comic to retcon controversial death
Written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Sean Izaakse, the pages of “Green Arrow #3” see Oliver Queen and Lian Harperr transported through space and time to the 31st century.
After Arrow investigates why they teleported to the future, Lian discovers that this has happened to her since the fatal events in the pages of “Justice League: Call to Justice,” which debuted in 2010.
According to Lian, many thought she had died after Prometheus attacked Star City, but she was in a dark room with Amanda Waller and another person who, at the time, was unknown to her. This was the first time she had been transported erratically through time and space.
